Goblins are vast in number and short in intellect. Goblins have no unified state or civilization, existing mostly in countless tribes. They lack the nautical sophistication of humans and dwarves, but their hardiness and amphibious qualities give them an edge. Goblins often travel by amassing around makeshift barges that drift aimlessly over open water for months. While few goblins develop notable intellectual prowess, some far exceed their kin, and may choose to rule them or abandon them for a life of solitude.
Goblins work as described in the Monster Manual. You may also use the stats and abilities for a half-orc to represent a playable goblin or hobgoblin character.
